My name is Jillian. I have a Master’s in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor. I have been working in the field for over 12 years and have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to provide individual, group, and family counseling.

I have expertise working with issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, relationship concerns, self-esteem, grief, family concerns, life transitions, and abuse. When I begin working with a client, I begin the session where they are at and maintain an open, collaborative, and empathic space. In session, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness along with Motivational Interviewing and the Stages of Change.
