Raven is a licensed social worker with a Masters in Social Work and a specialization in Mental Health. She has experience working with a diverse population of adults, young adults, and adolescents in community mental health and clinical care settings. Raven embraces an anti-oppressive framework in her clinical practice and strives to recognize the impact of structural inequality on mental health and wellness. In session, she uses Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered and Strengths-Based Therapy.
